HP Officejet 7410 Solution Center SOftware

Somehow my printer every once in while uninstalls itself from my desktop. I have managed to reinstall or do a system restore to operate fully. This last time I cannot get the Solution Center to work install as the software installation tells me it is already installed. I have tried level 1,2,3,4 uninstalls, and nothing seems to work to reinstall the Solution Center so that I can use my scanner with the 7410 all-in-one. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
