When I scan a doc, it will print just fine. When I print email messages and word docs, the text does not show. On the word doc, which was a resume, only my email address printed (in blue, not black) . The address was under my personal info, which did not print. I am the only one on the computer, do I need to connect to homegroup or network? I'm not sure about ports, drivers, etc. Or a settings or program problem? I have Windows 7 Home. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks!
