HP Photosmart M415 Digital Camera

My digital camera is taking odd photos that seem to be cut in half with blue stuff in them.

Is there any way to keep my camera from doing this

P.S. how can i change my name from g-mister my friend set up the account and I really don't like the name he picked for me!

 Are you using a memory card with the camera?

 To change your username look up at the top and make sure your signed in. Click on My Profile. Just below the Tabs, you will see

Edit HP Passport > User ID - Password - Contact information - Security question 

Click on User ID  Up in the left hand corner you will see HP Passport. Click Change User ID.
