HP Pavilion NY599aa-aba e9237c
Win 7 64bit
System crashed and I did a recovery. When I try to go into the HP support Assistant I get a message showing its "Gathering Infor. and at the bottom of that screen it shows "Product name and serial number loading but never loads. This is out of warranty.
