From the Windows device manager, right click on "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC" and left click Properties. Select Details tab and then Hardware IDs (should look something like = HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8384&DEV_7626&SUBSYS_103C30D4)
Please make sure you are running Windows XP SP3 to ensure full support of HD audio.

Here is what I did, with all the downloads of the different drivers, I uninstalled them all and went back to your latest driver post and sure enough it worked. My advice to anyone reading this, is if you keep trying different drivers and they don't work uninstall them right away so you don't get conflicting drivers trying to do different things. I now have audio and no yellow question marks!!!!!!
Thanks for all your help you deserve 50 kudos if no more but I don't think I can do that.

My problem is solved but I don't see an accept as solution button, so if you want to mark it that is fine with me. This item is closed.
