When I turn on my PC (Windows 7) or when I "wake" it from "sleep", the User home page appears and I have to click the user icon to access My Home Page. How can I access My Home Page without going to my User page first?

Hello Otazoy,
Try to set these settings to see if it helps solve your issue
1. Launch control panel
2. Select System and Security
3. Under "Power Options" should be something called "Require password on wakeup"
4. Go into that option and set it to no
Even if you don't have a password on the account if that option is set to yes then it will ask you to select what user you want to log into. By setting it to no you are bypassing any security and telling the computer to automatically always go back into that user.
