How to change size of Wallpaper picture (larger)   Some of them are too small,.  Why????

Hi,

 

Get bigger picture first (quality) then

 

(a) Right click a blank space on desktop

(b) Select Personalize

(c) Click Desktop Backgound

(e) Select your picture then select "Fill" at the bottom left - This will cover the whoe screen
