How to enable VT-x on the HP Pavilion 500-081ea

I want to use VirtualBox to run a 64-bit OS but I need VT-x. I need to know where the option is and how to enter my BIOS. I use windows 8.1 but the PC came with windows 8.

Hi:

 

Please see if the BIOS in your PC has a setting like the one pictured below.

I don't know how to enter the BIOS on the PC. Can you tell me so I can check what it looks like?

You should be able to enter the BIOS by rebooting and tapping the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get a menu of options -- one being to access the BIOS.

Thanks! Turned on Vt-x that way and now 64 bit chrome OS runs on VirtualBox.
