Guys i have this PC at my Job , For Some Reason He Does not work , i mean when i press the power button it's seems its working cause the fans are spinning but the CD-ROM wont work and the screen wont work and not getting any signal , usb connector ain't working

i have an XP operation system on it.

 

Guys i really need help in what to do don't want to throw it to the garbage .
