I'd like to file a Complaint regarding promotion announceme nts, who or where

I'm really upset I purchased this HP520-1070PC. First I've had nothing but problems, with this POS. but what really drove home my displeasure is shortly after I bought it. HP offers a free XBox for qualifying purchases of $699 or more. This TS520-1070PC was double that amount and is a qualifying model. I have two boys who are both in school. So I would have certainly waited for the promotion to purchase this DT. It woud of made dealing with its problems a lot easier. You would think HP would allow a loyal customer a little slack. I mean is there no end to the short end of the stick, remaining with HP. I should have run for the hills after the nightmare I had with my Pavillion DV7. And how they left me high and dry. But I ignored my inner gut and went down for another full cup of disappointment. Anyone know how or where to log a formal complaint.

Just to update everyone, I guess this is an issue HP would rather not deal with. Because I haven't heard from anyone from HP. I received an inquiry from a Jeff with HP asking me account information which I provided......which was probably a fraudulent email....
HP has to see how an issue like this could easily turn a loyal customer quickly rethinking the relationship.
I wish this was the extent of my complaint but unfortunately the $1500 dollar computer I thought would bring peace of mind, is now bringing nothing but headaches.
Even the Care Pack that's suppose to bring peace of mind, is causing nothing but problems..... I can't win
I registered the Care Pack bye email, fax, and online..... But there saying its not registered!
And to really drive home my displeasure, The Care Pack I purchased off HP.com at the same time I purchased the computer, is coming back not for the Touch Smart 520-1070
They also can't figure out why they can't fix this......
So the Care Pack I paid for, 3year ADP with 3 day Onsite repair, Wont even see onsite repair. Because I have to send the Machine Back to HP. But they can't start the process of even mailing me a box to ship it to them for another week!!! I mean come on!!!! Its going to be close to 2 weeks with a dead computer!!
This is so wrong!!! If you had this experience would you buy another HP... They don't even have the courtesy to contact you, for legitimate concerns.
So Now I Ask
How would all this leave you feeling about HP.
This is ridiculous!!!!!
If anyone reading this knows anyone with power within HP, Please have them contact me!
I would stand behind HP without a doubt if I received the slightest bit of good news or improvement.
But what started as a simple concern has escalated into some serious issues
