I reformated my drive per HP's instructions. Since then I can't get my Windows 7 to recognize the drive now. Any suggestions? Thanks

On the computer that formatted the drive, did/does it show up as you expected at the time it was formatted? What file system was the reformat done in?

yes, I right clicked the computer icon, clicked the removeable disk icon , and then clicked on format. File system NTFS, my only choice.
