How do you open a DOS window in Windows 64?  Thanks.

Hi,

 

Do you mean a run windows which to enter line commands?

 

Windows key +R

 

Right mouse click on the Task bar ----> properties---> Start Menu tab-----> customize -->   now scroll down and find the Run box and check it.  You'll now find the Run window off the Start button.

 

Tip: enter cmd to keep the window open.

 

Tip:  Pin the RUN window to the Task Bar
