RAS73, welcome to the forum.
When requesting help, you should always include the make/model of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them. Also, what is the program you are attempting to install?

How long have you had this unit? The trial period is only 60 days. After that, you pay to make it work.
To say THANK YOU, press the white star on the left, to render a KUDO.
Please click Accept as Solution, just to the right of my reply if your problem is solved.
PS--You can render both Solution and KUDO

RAS73, WB2001 is correct. If you can't afford to buy MS Office, you can try OpenOffice. It is a great FREE office program. It will read all of the MS documents. I used it for years before changing to MS Office.
