I want to do a screenshot. The PrtScr key on the keyboard doesn't work

I want to do a screenshot.  The PrtScr key on the keyboard doesn't seem to work.N

If you have MS Office Word it is a simple process. After you press the PrtScr key, it is a screen capture. Open Office, and paste the screen capture.
