IE 6 is not invoking QTP 9.2

Hi all,

 

For the past few days i see that there is an issue with QTP 9.2 and IE6. I notice that before opening QTP, if i try invoking IE, it opens whereas after opening QTP when i try invoking IE, it goes non responsive. I see that the explorer.exe is running in the task manager yet, nothing happens, even when tried by a QTP function invoke or a manual Invoke.

 

Specifications as below,

 

QTP 9.2 version

Siebel Permanent addin installed

IE 6

 

Please lemme know how this can be resolved.
