Can someone advise on how to permanently disable " INPRIVATE : from the Children?

It appears that "InPrivate" browsing can be disabled using Microsoft's Windows Live Family Safety and also by editing the Windows registry. Be warned that incorrectly editing the registry can cause Windows to become inoperable.

Thank you Frank for the info you gave me, I truly Appreciate it, however it didn't work for me. I used the " editing the window registry " did all the steps, but when I retried InPrivate I was able to access it and use it with no problem? Any other Idea?
