Hi, can anyone tell me why when i am downloading certain things like( new version of Itunes) I get these error messages saying i have insufficient privileges and to log in as administrator or contact the system administrator. I am the only user of this PC (HP Touchsmart) and as far as I can tell I am the administrator.

Hi,
The download is probably trying to get your admin ID and password. Never respond to a download that asks such a question.
