Is anyone getting this trojan?

I have McAfee installed on my computer.  Now, it has detected a trojan called Artemis in my recovery partition.  It shows Artemis infected to some game file from HP in the recovery drive.  Anyone else with a HP/Compaq computer have this Artmeis trojan also?  I am pretty parnoid about these things.

McAfee is probably pointing to Wild Tangent which is part of HP Games and can give false positives to overzealous scanners.

...A little later here, but this is from another gamer out there.

 

 

(Generic Artemis is a goof by McAfee. How do I know this? Two Japanese games that I downloaded directly from a reputable site and paid for, were flagged by McAfee as having ‘Generic Artemis’ in the .exe’s for the games.

Load of crap there. I went to the website of the game maker….. they told me to ignore it, because Generic Artemis is a heuristic thing with McAfee, and doesn’t work right yet.

So now, whenever I see something classed as ‘Generic Artemis’….. I just restore it, because it is not correctly identifying a real virus)
