New HP Support Assistant did not work

Just downloaded new HP Support Assistant program on new computer. Tried to run but it did not work. Let it run for over 10 hours....where do I find fix?

Marv, welcome to the forum.
I suggest uninstalling SA and reinstalling it. There appears to be a glitch in the program. I have a new laptop and it works great.

Would appreciate having a link to download & general information relative to the HP Support Assistant. Wondering if this can be downloaded to my other HP systems in network as well?
