Pivot adjust feature of HP w2408 not functionin g since Op Sys change from Win Vista to Win 7.

1. Monitor: HP w2408. Special model with pivot adjustment
2. Operating system: WAS: Windows Vista - pivot adjustment functioned properly. IS: Windows 7 - pivot adjustment does not work at all.
3. Error message: None
4. Changes: Operating system as in item 2 above.
5. Pivot adjustment feature of HP w2408 has not functioned since changing the operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

I found the solution to my problem. "My Display" (re: your start menu) is not supported by HP for Windows 7. However, My Display does work with Win 7. When my computer was worked on by a local repair shop, apparently the pivot function was inadvertently unchecked. Happy news: HP does have an excellent process for restoring the pivot function.
I copied the above URL when I was in the HP site.
I hope this addresses your problem. I am now working in the horizontal mode (wanted it for ArcMap). Normally, I am in the vertical mode; it is great for editing large text documents!
