Power supply failure?

I have an HP Pavillion AIO (model # MS227) and I have suffered a power supply failure, I think. Can this be repaired/replaced by someone (other than an HP Tech) or should I just concider it a lost cause.

Go to HP Partsurfer and buy a replacement power supply.
