Printing Envelope Problem Using Quicken 2012 on HP PhotoSmart C5550

I was using Quicken 2009 and HP Windows 7 64 Bit PC with HP PhotoSmart C5550 All-In-one printer and the program would print envelopes just great from the Quicken Address Book. When I upgraded to Quicken 2012 it would not print Envelopes. Everything else in Quicken prints fine. Even from the Address Book, I can print the Lists, the Labels, But not the Envelope option. The error comes up with "ENV Application quit working". I have 11 pages of email support from Quicken and nothing suggested worked. They now say it is a problem with the PC,Programs Confilct, or Printer I have. I have also installed my spare HP Deskjet D2680 Printer, and same problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have uninstalled the PhotoSmart and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Quicken. I have tried various drivers to no avail. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
