Problem with PSIKey

I dont know where to put this problem, so I put it in here.

 

I have a windows 7 64-bit and I get a message that say:

 

Solve a problem with PSIKey

PSIKey has stopped working properly.

 

An update is available that solves this problem.

 

Click to download the update from the Protexis Inc. websiteClick to download the update from the Protexis Inc. website

 

Download instructions

 

  1. In the File Download dialog box, click Run or Open. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

     

  2.  Follow the steps in the installation wizard.

 

I downloaded/installed the update but the message/warning still shows up.

 

Please help me as fast as possible.

The problem got solved a week after I downloaded/installed the software
