I hae a few tx713a keyboards and recently broke a RX713A USB dongle.

 

Can't seem to get the "newer" one to sync with the other working dongle.

 

Any ideas ?

Hi Xevz,

 

Welcome to the HP Forums!

 

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to pair your keyboard to a secondary USB dongle. This is the case since your wireless keyboard is paired to a specific chip within the USB dongle at the point of manufacture.

If the dongle burns out can I get it replaced or is the wireless keyboard now trash?
