  I am new to this and don't know how to post a question. I'm also a begginer user. My problem is when I try to download something like adobe player, a box shows up that says, " internet explorer stop working". At the bottom of that it gives me two options that says "check online for solution" or "close down program. Pressing any of those two options closes all my windows down. I think it has to do with turning on or off a setting, but what do I know. Please help if you can answer the question or direct me to where I can go to ask the question. I thank you ahead of time for your help.
