On my fathers computer, after he started it there was lines all over the screen, I barely could see to do anything. So I tried my best and restore the computer to factory. However the problem is still there. I removed the graphic card and put it back this is the 2nd graphic card that I replaced in 2010 on this computer. Still no go. Is it the graphic card the problem? It cannot be the screen since I plugged in my laptop and worked fine, it cannot be a virus since I reformatted it. I think the drivers are missing or something but the big problem is even if the drivers are missing there is no possible way to put them since as soon as i start the computer there are lines everywhere, sometimes it becomes like this on certain pages: http://www.techimo.com/forum/attachments/technical
Please let me know whats the best solution.
