Setting Windows 7 for Default User

We're deploying Windows 7 in our environment with a bunch of HPs. Right now, when a user logs in, they get http://g.msn.com/HPCOM/1 as their home page. We have a login script that is setting their home page, however it is getting overridden by something HP has placed on the computer.

 

While having the user change their homepage is our workaround, we're starting to get more new users who are only at their station for a day - thus it's becomming more of a problem to change dozens of users' homepage every day.

 

What method did HP use to create this setting? I can't find it in the registry.
