Solution to adapt a PCIe slot to standard PCI?

A few months ago, I purchase an HP Pavilion s5750z slimline desktop. The included motherboard has 1 PCIe x16 slot, 3 PCIe x1 slots, and 1 PCIe x1 minicard socket. My question is, are there any I/O cards or other solution that will adapt one of these PCIe slots into a standard PCI? I have an E-MU 1616m studio that requires an internal PCI card. The E-MU card is rather tall (definitely not a low-profile card), so I will probably have to move the internals of the s5750z into a larger case. My only hold-up is finding a way to adapt one of the PCIe slots (or socket) into a standard PCI. Any advice, solutions, or replies telling me that I'm a dreamer wanting to do the impossible would be most appreciated!

Hello,
Yes there is
It will require a power from your PS, be sure that such an adapter will fit in slimline pc with enough power to power your devise, check how much power your 1616M draw coz your pc come with 220 w power supply which might not enough, then it will currept your devise
http://www.emu.com/products/product.asp?category=5
Since you replacing your case will be fine, and make sure to buy new PS fit inside your new case with enough power
btw.. given adapter from newegg can be placed also on the PCIe x16 the long one in the folowing link which show your motherboard
Regards

I did find that particular card in my searches. It would seem that this particular card would not work, as it increases the height of the PCI card that will be inserted into the adapted slot, considerably. Because of this, it would render an already full-sized PCI card too large to fit - even in a full-sized PC case.
If I am wrong in my above assumption, or if there is another solution, I'm your student, ready to learn!
Thank you for your reply!

A message has been sent to their pre-sales customer service. I will send an update once I hear back from them. That way, if anybody else runs into this issue, the answer will be here for all to see. If there is an answer, that is... Stay tuned.

I did receive a reply from Startech, today. They said that the only product they made that would allow for the conversion to full-sized, standard PCI cards is a 4-slot PCI bay for $499.99 (link follows):
Part# PEX2PCI4
https://www.startech.com/product/PEX2PCI4-PCI-Expr
Unfortunately, due to the price being about the same as a brand new computer, it would be more cost effective to just buy a new computer (which I just did... which put me in this situation to begin with).
The only other solution I can think of is to purchase a new motherboard that has the expansions I require and put the whole mess in a new case. That is assuming that the other parts of the Pavilion s5750z would be compatible with a new motherboard (and I see no reason why they wouldn't be... DDR3 RAM, SATA drives, micro-ATX configuraion, etc.). This could be done for $65+, should I need to go this route.
If anybody else has a better idea, I'm all ears!!!

That is not a practical solution
I agree with you, replacing mobo is cheaper, but you need new OS to work with the new hardware.
Also you need to buy a case as well to fit your card
I think its gonna cost more than 65++++
