Spilled beer on keyboard

I just did something stupid and spilled some beer on my keyboard.  I turned it over and drained it out and wiped the top of the keyboard.  It's a keyboard for a desktop.  What else should I do?

Thanks.

Re: Spilled beer on keyboard

If your keyboard works, I wouldn't worry about doing anything else.  That's just my opinion.

Re: Spilled beer on keyboard

Be sure to let it dry before using it.

Re: Spilled beer on keyboard

Okay, I took the keyboard apart (there are about a dozen screws!) and noticed there was no liquid on the bottom of the keyboard where the circuit board (or whatever that is called) is.  So I ran the plastic top of the keyboard under some water to get rid of the beer, let it dry, and reassembled the keyboard.  So far it is working fine.  (Any typos are my responsibility, not the keyboard's.)  Thanks for your suggestions!
