What problems are you having?

Here is how to do it:

I believe in Pavlov's Law. You toss me points, and I perform better.

To say THANK YOU, press the white star on the left, to render a KUDO.
Please click Accept as Solution, just to the right of my reply if your problem is solved.

PS--You can render both Solution and KUDO

Re: System restore

When I go to the restore option, the calendar comes up with the dates that i can go back. Well when I use any of the dates that are highlighted it advises me that the computer was unable to restore. I have try to go back as far as I can with no results. The System Restore does not work at all, what can I do?

Thank you,

ShaSha1120

Here is a guide:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=bph07103&tmp_task=solveCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=...

1) If you have Norton (Symantec) it must be disabled.

2) You could run system restore via F8 (safe mode).

Re: System restore

Thank you for your response. I know about disabling antivirus. I have AVG and can not disable it I have to uninstal it instead. I have try that also for some reason my computer is not responding to the System restore.
