USB problems HELP

Hello, my computer - hp p6757sc. Windows 7 64-bit

The problem is that my keyboard and mouse turns off randomly, and this sound comes when you remove a USB device.

Sometimes it works to unplug the mouse and keyboard and change to another USB. But after a while, same thing happens again.Then I have to shut down the computer with the button, wich tortures my computer of course.. I tried with different keyboard and mouse, still same thing happens.

I have rebooted the whole computer, search for viruses, installed drivers etc. Nothing works.

And I dont even get an error message.

Keyboard at the moment - razer arctosa

Mouse at the moment - Logitech G5 laser

I had this problem for like 4 months, searched the whole internet for help. There is alot of people that has the same problem..

I heard that its something wrong with the OS, but im not sure.

Please help, so tired of this.
