I have a C7280 All-In-One printer. Approx once a week I get an HP Update popup that won't go away. It won't link in any way, nothing happens if I right-click it, but I can drag it to the edge of my desktop page. It states "An update is available. Would you like to download and install this update now?" The only way I have been able to get rid of it is if I restart my computer. Is there another way?

I get the same blue popup. Only HP equipment is my Photosmart C6380. The popup says "An update is available. Would you like to download and install this updated now?" But there is no OK, NEXT, or CANCEL button and no way to get rid of the popup without rebooting.

Hi SassySu,
I'm sorry but this is a peer-to-peer community of HP customers, and not a venue to contact HP directly. Most of the users here are consumers like yourself who are offering solutions because they like to help others, and any HP employees you see are here on their own capacity and not representing the company.
If you have additional or direct feedback for HP about their products or services, or questions about repair, you can use the link below for contact information.
