Your computer is the victim of a bad BIOS flash. That means something corrupted the BIOS during the flash and the computer is no longer fully functional. The good news is that the computer is still alive and the "Boot Block" is working. You will need to extract the HP BIOS file for your computer from the spXXXXX.exe Please refer to this LINK for general instructions on recovering your computer.

From your previous post of "Detecting ide atapi device....Found cd rom, try to boot from it...", I figured you knew the computer was expecting a bootable CD. The computer is expecting a bootable CD with the correct BIOS file and flash routine on it. Google "making a bootable cd for flashing bios" and use what you are most comfortable with. You can extract the bios file from spXXXXX.exe with 7zip, winrar or the like. You can also run the spXXXXX.exe and search your computer for something like "347.rom" at the warning that you are about to flash the BIOS. Cancel the flash after you copy the needed files. Find and download the correct flash routine for the BIOS file. Now follow the directions for making a bootable CD and insert the BIOS and flash routine as directed.
Good luck
