Is it possible to use HP Pavilion a6433w Desktop with the TV as a second monitor?

Short answer...not with the on-board graphic options...

You don't identify the TV you have and the inputs it has...and without that knowledge...

 

You will need to add a video card that has outputs THAT MATCH THE INPUT OF YOUR TV....HDMI, DVI or VGA input is required on your TV....in addtion to the video card output for your primary monitor
