When I turn my Presario on, it displays the message "GOING TO SLEEP" and does just that. In other words, it's useful only as a boat anchor. Neither the mouse nor the keyboard wakes it. Now what?

1. You could try holding the power button down for at least 5 seconds until all the lights go off, then power it back on.
2. If that doesn't work, unplug the unit from all power sources and then hold the power button down for a few seconds...let it sit for at least a minute without power and then try to power it back on.
