I'm having issues getting iTunes to read CD's. One of their solutions was to update my Firmware Drivers. So, I went to the HP driver downloads for my Pavillion a6200n PC and tried to download it. As soon as it starts it says "Your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this update. Error (9994)". Has anyone ever had this issue? And if so, how do I correct it?
*Note: This probablem never came up until AFTER I had to reformat my PC. I'm running on Windows Vista Home Premium.

The iTunes error message when I ran the diagnostics *using the itunes help menu* and it said everything was fine accept , "Unable to read Audio Disk" error. These CD's are brand new *early x-mas gifts*. We returned them thinking it was a weird fluke, and it still does it.
Here is the iTunes site that told me to do the Firmware Driver update, with the explination why: http://support.apple.com/kb/TA27529?viewlocale=en_

You can also try uninstalling itunes and reinstalling if it doesn't work.
