Windows 7 Mail problem

I am new to Windows 7 but already have an ISP provider but I can't seem to work out how to get my email up and running.

Any help would be appreciated  Thanks in advance

Hi,

 

How to you check your mails?  i mean is it Windows Live,Outlook,thunderbird....etc..or is it just internet explorer..
