Windows Media Player

While trying to connect to a radio station on the internet using Windows Media player I get a message that I need to connect to the internet.  This also happens when I try to use Real Player.  What setting do I need to chage and in what program?

What is the computer model number? What OS are you using? What anti-virus software are you using?  It's not the media player if they all do the same thing.
