Wireless Switch Location

Hello.

HP TV 7480n

My wireless card is not detecting any local wireless connection, though several exist. The "wireless internet" light is on and blue. I do not know where the wireless on/off switch is and cannot locate it.

Thank you.

Re: Wireless Switch Location

Hi,

When I search for the part number for your product it comes up as an HP Media Center Desktop PC. Is that accurate? If so, this should be posted in the Laptop (notebook) section of the forums. Your description of a blue wireless internet light sounds like a laptop. Which do you have?

Post the Operating system version, model name and product number of your HP product here in your thread. For newer laptops and PCs..... in Windows just hold the CTRL+ ALT+S keys to invoke the information on screen.

regards,

erico
