Wireless Switch Location

Hello.

 

HP TV 7480n

 

My wireless card is not detecting any local wireless connection, though several exist. The "wireless internet" light is on and blue. I do not know where the wireless on/off switch is and cannot locate it.

Hi,

When I search for the part number for your product it comes up as an HP Media Center Desktop PC. Is that accurate? If so, this should be posted in the Laptop (notebook) section of the forums. Your description of a blue wireless internet light sounds like a laptop. Which do you have?

 

Post the Operating system version, model name and product number of your HP product here in your thread. For newer laptops and PCs..... in Windows just hold the CTRL+ ALT+S keys to invoke the information on screen.

I have the same problem right now.

Product Number: NY638AA-ABA,

Software build: 94NAv6PrA2

 

Where can I find it on my desktop.
