Im working on a comp. that cant seem to get past the "searching for hardware configuration" on the bios. I was given this comp. to fix and it wouldnt even get to this point. COMPUTER KEEPS RESETING and wont even let me install windows. Ive tried switching hard drives (put in a brand new 1).... didnt change anything. and i reset the cmos in hopes that might work, but to no avail. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY INSIGHT ON THIS. thank you, Issuez

Open the case and reseat the memory and check all cables and connectors.
