changed administrator password

i need help I believe one of my grand kids some how changed the administrator password on my one desktop which they are not even suppose to be touching, is there a way of fixing this with out changing everything back to the factory restore and losing everything? OH pllease hlep me.

Try using a password reset utility such as the free application on the link below.
