The installer of my cable connection was able to get a connection on his laptop.  I was unable to connect to the internet.  The installer did not know what to do. Told me to contact you...  HELP

Comcast techs are virtually useless. I have to explain things to them all the time when they come here.

 

First I need a bit of info on your Operating system and how you are attempting to connect. (wireless or hardwired)

 

I will be watching for your responce.
