computer will not sleep using Power Option

 

  T he  Power Option on my HP Pavilion p6706f P C  turns off display but not computer using a predetermined time schedule. Have Windows 7 home Premium system.

I have a h8-1360t with the same problem. Originally, it did go into sleep mode after 20 minutes; then I changed the settings slightly (set to sleep after 15 minutes) but it does not sleep at all. Went back to default: still no sleep.

Hopefully I can answer this for both of you. Here is a lengthy tutorial on Sleep mode settings and problems.

Hello,

I need help.

Since I have installed a ManyCam4 programme on to my computer I find that despite trying all the sleep options in he power saving programmes my computer will not sleep.

Is there a silple fix?
