download free V3.0 will not work

I don't know why the free V3.0 download won't load. I cannot put my pictures on a dvd from HP photo essentials

I have transferred all my pics & videos to computer. But some went to Kodak essential 3.5, picasa. I don't know how to get them on a dvd. Can I put pics & videso together on same dvd?  Thank you

I still cannot download V3.0 HP choto creations
