how do you get the blues characters on keys to print out?

Hi,

 

What is your keyboard ? Normally there is a Fn key and we have to hold it down to use blue keys (some keyboards have different colors).

Thanks for response but does not work when we push and hold fn key.. Is there some was to check to make sure fn key is working?
