on my old computer I have microsoft works , how can I put this on this new puter

Unless the install CD or a download to reinstall the program is available, then you cannot.  Depending on the version, it may still be available from Microsoft.  Be sure to save the key, so the new install will work.  another option is to install a free alternative IE: Open Office, Libre Office or Kingsoft Office.
