new hard drive

My hard drive is going out on my hp desktop and the recovery for the system is on the drive so i got another drive how do i put my operating sys win7 64-bit on my new drive?

AjG2414, welcome to the forum.

 

When requesting help you should always include the make/model of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.

 

Here is a guide to help you make or request Recovery Discs:

Once we have the model of the computer, we can also provide a guide to help you do the Recovery after you replace the hard drive.  It can be somewhat difficult at times.
