Hi,
All the original drivers and software that came with your PC will be reinstalled, so everything should work. You will have to let windows download updates etc and there may be updated drivers that will be offered for installation.

Hi,
If this is towards the end of the Recovery process, Windows is asking you to enter the Username you want to use and the password you want to apply to the account - this is so Windows can finish setting up your account.

Hi,
I can't think of anything else it will ask other than Language and Keyboard Layout preferences - yes, you can start the Recovery from Recovery Manager using the files on the HDD Recovery Partition.
