Does HP Smart web printing work with IE9? I have downloaded the add on and have the icon on the tool bar.  When I try to use it, a message appears that it must be updated to work in this browser.  When I click the yes button, an HP page is produced that says "sorry, we can't find that page."

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

It looks like HP SmartPrint is not compatible with IE9, but there is a solution available.  Please take a look at the following HP document:

Thank you so much, George!  This forum is quickly becoming my favorite site.  I have posed two challenges.  In each case, I received a reply AND solution within hours.

 

Followed the link you provided; then, followed instructions.  I am now using SmartPrint.

 

I am truly grateful for your expertise and willingness to help.
