Thanks for your last reply. I tried the commands you suggested and the first two were accepted., but after the third one the following box came up.
The module "c:\actxpry.dll" failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependant DLL files.
The specified module could not be found.

From the Start Menu, open All Programs, open Accessories, right click the Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'. In to the prompt type the following command and hit enter.
sfc /scannow ( note that there is a space between sfc and the / )
Let the process complete, then type exit and hit enter. Restart the PC.
